Statewide, 63,716 people voted during last week’s early voting window for the U.S. Senate runoff between Darline Graham and Ralph Norman, according to state Election Commission data. There are 3.4 million registered voters in South Carolina. People who voted in the June Democratic primaries can’t participate in the special GOP contest. Otherwise, a lot of people need to vote tomorrow. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
