Polls are open. Only 25% of South Carolina’s registered voters cast a ballot in the primaries. Let’s try to boost that number in the runoffs! In South Carolina, elections are usually decided in the primaries. Don’t wait until November to make your choice. My grandma used to tell me, “If you don’t vote, you can’t complain.” I understand that people will complain regardless, but that’s a good reminder to go exercise your American right to vote!

The first year of South Carolina’s GOP race for governor was dominated by questions about which candidate President Donald Trump would endorse. Its final days were dominated by the president’s decision to endorse everyone left in the race. Alexander was in Anderson County last night, while Jessica was at Doc’s on Shop Road in Columbia.
